About Interlinx

Interlinx Support Group provides Level 3 (Specialist) Support Coordination, Level 2 Support Coordination, and Support Work and Mentoring services for NDIS participants, with a focus on practical outcomes, strong professional collaboration, and sustainable long-term supports.

Interlinx Support Group works alongside participants, families, guardians, and providers to navigate complex service systems, reduce risk, and build stable, effective support networks. Our approach is grounded, transparent, and person-centred, with a strong focus on real-world outcomes and safe, sustainable service delivery.

About Renee

Renee is a Specialist Support Coordinator with a Bachelor of Social Science (Behavioural Studies), a Diploma of Community Services, and a Diploma of Practice Management.

Renee has experience working across complex behavioural, psychosocial, and high-risk support environments. She brings a strong focus on ethical practice, risk awareness, and practical problem solving, particularly in situations where service systems are complex or participants require coordinated multi-provider support.

Renee has completed additional micro-credentials in areas relating to complex support needs and continues to undertake professional development to support best-practice service delivery.

She has a particular professional interest in psychosocial disability and complex emotional and behavioural presentations, including work supporting participants with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and related support needs.

Renee is known for building strong, respectful working relationships with participants and providers, and for supporting people through challenging or unstable service environments with a calm, structured, and collaborative approach.

About Tom

Tom is a Support Worker and Mentor who brings a strong combination of professional experience, practical life skills, and strong personal values to his role supporting participants.

With a background in commercial cookery and security operations, as well as several years of experience working in the disability sector, Tom provides practical, reliable, and person-centred support tailored to each participant’s needs.

Tom is energetic, active, and community-focused. He enjoys supporting participants to get out into the community, build confidence, develop independence, and work towards meaningful personal goals. He strongly values choice and control and works alongside participants to support decision-making and independence.

Tom is known for his calm, grounded approach and his ability to build strong rapport and trusting relationships with participants. He takes a strengths-based approach to support and is committed to helping people feel safe, respected, and supported to live fulfilling lives.

Tom supports participants with:

  • Mentoring and skill development

  • Community access and social participation

  • Transport to appointments and activities

  • Meal planning and preparation support

  • Personal care support
